Prime Perspectives is an independent editorial publication produced by one person. It is not yet a registered business and currently generates no revenue: nothing is sold, no advertising is carried, no sponsorship has been accepted and no commission is earned. All content is free of charge. I intend to introduce sponsorship and other paid offerings in future. Before the first payment is received, this notice will be updated with my tax identification number and business details, and sponsored content will always be labelled.

Prime Perspectives is a long-form interview podcast about how operators at European digital businesses actually run the things they run, accompanied by a weekly newsletter and a website that hosts episode pages, show notes and downloadable resources.

Access to this website is free and requires no registration. The newsletter requires an email address. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Use of Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube or any other third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, not by mine.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, audio, video, graphics, Blueprints, the name "Prime Perspectives", the logo and the visual identity — is owned by Luca Büürma or used under licence, and is protected under Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (the Spanish Intellectual Property Act) and applicable international treaties.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other exploitation requires prior written authorisation, except where the law permits it, such as short quotation with attribution.

Text and data mining rights are expressly reserved under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. Content published here may not be used to train or develop artificial intelligence models.
